We are a voluntary non-profit making national registered charity (Reg No 1123246), set up to enrich the lives of individuals affected by Majewski Osteodysplastic Primordial Dwarfism sub types (I, II, II), along with their families.
We will endeavour to provide support and encouragement to these individuals and their families in any way which is charitable in accordance with the law in England and Wales.
Furthermore, we extend this support and encouragement to individuals classified as Majewski Osteodysplastic Primordial Dwarfism type "Unknown" and their families.
In addition to the above, we endeavour to eliminate all the stigma, mystery and any discrimination towards the disorder by promoting a positive attitude via educational awareness programs throughout the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
We try to achieve this via this web site, our sister charity 'Potentials Foundation' in the USA; other similar web sites throughout the world; and through the many events we do and intend to do in the future.
Supporting Us
There are many ways you can support us to help us achieve our goals. Below are 3 of the main ways you can support us online!
If you want to find our more information about how you can help us further, please visit our 'Support Us' page.
One of our main goals is to bring individuals affected by Primordial Dwarfism and their families from around the UK and the rest of the world together to provide support and education, along with giving the children and their siblings something to smile about.
Every year we intend to hold an annual convention where families, specialists and other interested parties (Local and National Health Authorities, Education providers and Social Services) attend to gain knowledge and a common understanding of the conditions and environmental issues that afflict the children and also the parents and siblings.
In additional to this we try to treat the children and parents to 5 days of fun and excitement without them having to worry about anything.
